You must have rights to use materials you provide and supply accurate content and required feedback. Delays in content, approvals, or access may affect the project schedule.
Ownership
Ownership transfer, licensed components, source files, and access handover are defined in the project agreement. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Outcomes and availability
No specific search ranking, traffic, sales, advertising approval, or uninterrupted website availability is promised. Third-party platforms are outside our control.
Cancellation and refunds

Applicable rights and contact
