FAQs

A few useful answers.

Know what to expect before starting a project.

How much does a website cost?

Pricing is project-specific. A written proposal sets out scope, currency, fees, payment milestones, taxes where applicable, and any third-party charges.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the scope, content readiness, approvals, and integrations. A proposed schedule is agreed before work starts.

Can you update an existing website?

Yes, enquiries can cover redesigns, new pages, content updates, usability improvements, and technical work. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the existing setup.

Are hosting and domain fees included?

Only if specifically stated in the proposal. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, and payment provider fees may be separate.

Will my website rank first or guarantee more sales?

No ranking, traffic, revenue, conversion, or advertising approval outcomes are guaranteed. Search performance and commercial results depend on many factors.

How does the enquiry form work?

It prepares a draft in your email application. You must review it and press Send. The website does not send the enquiry or save the form to a server.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

The written project agreement defines payment and cancellation terms. See our cancellation and refund page for the general approach.
